Dec. 8-9
Natcher Conference Center
National Institutes of Health
Bethesda, Md. 20892

Presented by the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury, National Institutes of Health, Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal partners

Welcome

 Dr. Uomoto

On behalf of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury, the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Veterans Affairs, welcome to the 2011 Trauma Spectrum Conference web page. The fourth annual Trauma Spectrum Conference is scheduled for Dec. 8-9, 2011, in Bethesda, Md., at the Natcher Conference Center on the National Institutes of Health campus. This year's conference will bridge the gap between clinical care and research by highlighting available resources and best practices to assist with the spectrum of psychological health and traumatic brain injury issues found in the Iraq and Afghanistan cohorts.

Conference attendees will engage in plenary and working lunch sessions where presenters will provide overviews on key topics such as cognitive rehabilitation, sleep disorders, implementation science and co-occurring disorders. Workshop sessions will help attendees learn skills and resources that can be implemented in their practice.

Sincerely,

Jay M. Uomoto, Ph.D.
