Join us in Support of Military and Veteran Families through "Building Bridges"
The Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) has partnered with representatives from the Department of Defense, the Military Services, the National Guard, Reserve Affairs, the Department of Veterans Affairs, other Federal agencies, family members, academic institutions, non-profits, family and other community groups in support of military and veteran families in a new effort called Building Bridges.
With over 200 members, Building Bridges will support the psychological health and traumatic brain injury needs of military families through information and resource sharing, resource development, and community partnership building activities.
Building Bridges will have tools and resource guides available on the DCoE Web site for specific audiences to include: Warriors and Families; Command and Line Leaders; Healthcare Professionals; and Community Support Professionals. These tools will be available by clicking Resources on the For Warriors, For Families, and For Health Professionals pages.
The next step is facilitating increased communications throughout the network of partners, from the federal level to community resources.
