DCoE Director Brig. Gen. Loree K. Sutton Participates in Military Pathways’™ Webcast: Invisible Wounds of War
Brig. Gen. Loree K. Sutton presented “Invisible Wounds of War: DCoE’s Support for our Warriors and Families” to an audience of 300 service members, veterans and family members during Military Pathways’™recent webcast.
During the presentation, Sutton discussed ways to maintain psychological health, the importance of resilience in maintaining psychological health, and the DoD’s initiatives to fight stigma associated with seeking assistance for psychological health concerns. She also highlighted the Real Warriors Campaign, a multimedia public education initiative designed to combat stigma.

Military Pathways™ is funded by the DoD. The program is available online, over the phone, and at special events held at installations worldwide. It provides free, anonymous mental health and alcohol self-assessments for family members and service personnel in all branches including the National Guard and Reserve.
