The Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) Speakers Bureau provides subject matter experts to narrow the gap between talking about something and fully understanding it.

Our speakers educate and inform the public, non-profits, federal and state agencies, academia, health care providers, and others about DCoE and the complex array of psychological health and traumatic brain injury concerns facing our nation, service members, veterans and their families.

The primary mission of the DCoE Speakers Bureau is to effectively leverage our knowledge and expertise to improve the psychological health and traumatic brain injury system of care through a collaborative network by increasing awareness and understanding to improve health outcomes.
